Processing Times
Once an order is placed, it begins processing in our internal system. Please allow up to 20 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Times
Decembers Child ships both domestically (Canada & US) and to a select number of international locations. Shipping time depends on your location. If you live in a domestic location you will receive your product faster than if you lived in a selected international location.
Return Policy
All sales are final. We are no longer accepting any returns or exchanges. In the instance you have any issues regarding your product, please refer to our contact page and we’d be happy to help resolve any possible issues. If the items are lost, misplaced or stolen during the shipping phase, Decembers Child does not claim liability; as referenced in our terms of service. Please contact the shipping company attached to the tracking number to address any issues.
Refund Policy
Decembers Child will begin opening our refund policy only in the event your order goes beyond 90-days without shipping after the date of order. Orders that are not past the 90-day timeframe are not eligible for a refund.
Please understand that this policy is in place to limit the risk of orders being canceled halfway through our production phase. As our meticulous manufacturing process can be lengthy, please have patience! This is to ensure that the quality of our products are maintained between all items.
Payment Methods
We have several different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apply Pay and Google Pay. If you're curious we accept your particular method - make sure to try at check-out!
Can I Purchase Items With Another Currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I Make Changes To My Order After It’s Been Placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, contact us using our "Contact" page or email us at thedecemberschild@gmail.com and we will do our best to take care of the situation.
